MEDICAL CORPS

  The half-chevrons on the lower sleeves were Service Stripes. Each stripe represented five years of service.
When outlined in a contrasting color, the stripe represented war-time service.
  



ORDNANCE CORPS

 

(A minimum of eight years service was required to be eligible for appointment to Ordnance Sergeant.)
